DEI(Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)

Overview

You are here, and so am I. That alone is reason enough to respect one another—and that is where we begin.

To bring our corporate philosophy to life, we strive to build relationships grounded in mutual respect and understanding.

DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)

Diversity:
Recognizing and embracing the individuality of every person.

Each of us lives according to our own values, and it is not always possible for everyone to fully understand one another. Even when we cannot fully agree, what matters is acknowledging our differences and making an effort to understand one another. We strive to build relationships based on mutual understanding.

By “individuality,” we mean all kinds of differences among people, both internal and external—including values, culture, ethnicity, gender, and more.

Equity:
Providing fair opportunities tailored to each individual.

A “one-size-fits-all” approach may improve efficiency, but it can place those who fall outside the “average” at a disadvantage. That is why we strive to create opportunities that allow each person to thrive in their own way. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to take on new challenges.

Inclusion:
Creating an organization where every person can express their individuality and take pride in belonging.

We aim to build an organization where each person who wishes to contribute to our corporate philosophy can become an active part of the organization—speaking up when necessary, taking action when needed, and continuing to grow through their own perspective and values.

Simply being alive makes every person precious. Once we recognize that, differences in values, gender, or age no longer divide us. Young employees can enjoy their work. Employees nearing retirement can continue pursuing their dreams. When someone is struggling, others naturally step in to help. We will continue working to create an environment where everyone can respect and support one another.
